Check-in Process
Amore Hotel does not have a front desk, all check-ins are self-service.
After successfully booking, we will send your room number and key code via email.
On the day of check-in, arrive at the Amore Hotel , use the code to retrieve the key from the key box or mailbox, and enter your room.
On the day of check-out, tidy up your belongings and leave the room before the scheduled check-out time. Return the key to the key box or mailbox as instructed.

Check-in
Self-check-in, retrieve the room key from the key box / lobby password lock according to the hotel’s regulations
On the day of check-in
If there is an outstanding balance, please schedule a time with us to "collect the balance"
On the day of check-out
Upon check-out, return the key to the key box / lobby password lock according to the hotel’s regulations
Accommodation Rules
According to Japanese law, after confirming your accommodation,
All guests must show their passports and provide their names, addresses, and occupations.
If you do not provide this information, we may refuse your stay.
※ Japanese guests do not need to show passports but must provide the names, addresses, and occupations of all guests.
Check-in/Check-out Times
Check-in time: After 16:00;Check-out time:Before 10:00.
Check-in Method
Self-check-in, retrieve the room key from the key box / lobby password lock according to the hotel’s regulations.
Cleaning Fee
Our B&B operates on a self-service basis, and no daily cleaning service is provided during your stay. A cleaning fee is charged once. Please place garbage in the designated area at the entrance.
Fees
Guests booking for one night must prepay the full accommodation fee in advance.
Cancellation Fees
Full refund of the deposit if canceled one month before check-in, minus a handling fee of NT100 (NT100 per room).
No refund of the deposit if canceled within one month before check-in.
Child Fees
Children under 6 years old are free of charge without a bed. For every 2 children under 6, they will be charged as one adult, and one set of bedding will be provided.

The hotel provides luggage storage service before check-in and after check-out. You can store your luggage from 10:00 AM on the check-in day. If you arrive early or need to store luggage after check-out.( please contact customer service the day before.)
Facilities and Services
We offer rental services for strollers and bicycles. Limited quantity, reservation required. Please reserve one week before your stay. For more information on in-room facilities,please see 「Facilities and Services」.
No Breakfast Provided
We does not provide breakfast. There are many convenience stores, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby for you to choose from.
Heating and Air Conditioning
Rooms are equipped with heating and air conditioning, which are turned off upon arrival. Adjust to your preferred temperature after check-in. Depending on room size, it may take 15-30 minutes to reach the desired temperature.
Kitchen Facilities
All rooms are equipped with gas stoves or induction cookers for cooking. We also provide a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and basic tableware. Please refer to your room type description for specific facilities.
How to Reach Us
Our hotel is conveniently located with access to public transportation or driving. Specific directions will be provided in the reservation confirmation email.
Room Types
All rooms are private suites with individual use of all facilities (including kitchen, bathroom, balcony, etc.).
Popular Attractions
Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and Namba are all within walking distance.「For convenient living」, there are convenience stores and Gyomu Supermarket downstairs, reachable within 1 minute on foot.

Each room offers free high-speed Wi-Fi with unlimited data. The Wi-Fi name and password can be found in your room.
Shower Facilities
The hot water heater panel is set to "on" at the bathroom door. Adjust to the appropriate temperature and do not turn it off. If turned off, it may take 15-20 minutes to heat up again.
Provided Amenities
Bedding is provided according to the number of guests, with one bath towel and two face towels per person. No replacements during the stay. Extra bedding, towels, etc., are available for an additional fee of ¥1000 per person.
Washing Machine
Each room has a washing machine. You can wash and spin-dry your clothes and hang them in the bathroom or balcony. If you need additional bedding, towels, or other items, please contact our customer service for arrangements.

No Parking
Our B&B does not have dedicated parking. There are coin-operated parking spaces nearby. Please prepare coins in advance for parking.
Indoor Slippers Provided
Please do not wear outdoor shoes indoors. We provide slippers for your use.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
Prohibited Activities
Violations will result in a fine of ¥100,000.
■ No Smoking
For the health and comfort of all guests, all rooms in our B&B are non-smoking. If you need to smoke, please do so in designated smoking areas. Smoking inside the rooms is prohibited. Once the smell of smoke permeates the room, it becomes difficult to remove, and the next guest may request a different facility. We will seek compensation for any damages caused by smoking.
■ Late Check-out Fee
Late check-out is subject to room availability on the day and will incur an extension fee. The extension fee is ¥1000 per hour (including tax) from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a maximum of ¥4000 (including tax). Extension is not available when rooms are fully booked.
Please note that if you do not notify us at least one day before check-out, we cannot prepare the room for you. Even if you notify us one day before, extension may be declined when rooms are fully booked.
■ No Hair Dyeing
■ No Pets Allowed
Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.
■ No Parties or Events
■ Do Not Remove Room Facilities
房間另附有腳部按摩機、行李秤及餐具...等,設備自由使用,但請勿攜出。
■ Additional Cleaning Fee for Dirty Rooms
If the room is too messy, and it is difficult to carry out normal cleaning work, an additional fee may be charged (¥4000~). Large garbage items will incur a disposal fee (¥3000~).
■ Damage or Loss of Room Items
If any items in the room are damaged or lost, in addition to the cost of the item, additional necessary fees for repair or replacement may be charged.
■ Lost Key Fee
Many people take keys home. Please return the key to its original place upon check-out. We will charge a fee for lost keys (¥20000~).
