Amore Hotel Terms of Service

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to one month (inclusive) prior to check-in: Once a reservation is completed, if you need to cancel it, please contact us at least 30 days before check-in. We will refund the full deposit, but each room will incur a handling fee of NT$100.
• Cancellation within one month prior to check-in: If you cancel the reservation less than 30 days before check-in, the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation Process

• Please submit your cancellation request via the following contact page: Contact Us
• We will process your refund (if applicable) within 7 working days after receiving the cancellation request, and return the amount via the original payment method you used.

Notes

• Special promotions or discounted reservations may not be subject to the above refund policy. Please refer to your booking terms for details.
• In the event of force majeure (such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc.), we will separately notify you of refund or rescheduling arrangements.

Late Check-Out Policy

• Check-out Time and Extended Stay Fees:
  
  • The standard check-out time is 10:00.
  • If you need a late check-out, please contact us at least 1 day before check-in to confirm availability for extended use. The possibility of late check-out depends on that day’s room availability.
  • The extended usage fees are as follows (limited to 10:00–14:00):
    
    • ¥1000 (tax included) per hour
    • The maximum extended usage fee is ¥4000 (tax included)

Late Check-Out Notices

• If rooms are fully booked, we regret that we cannot offer a late check-out service.
• If you do not inform us of your late check-out needs at least 1 day in advance, we cannot guarantee the arrangement.

Important Reminders

• If you expect to arrive late or after your check-in time, please be sure to notify us in advance, otherwise your reservation may become invalid and the deposit will not be refunded.
• If no check-in notice is provided on the day of arrival, the reservation will be considered a No-Show, and no fees will be refunded.
