According to Japanese government regulations, “foreign nationals without a fixed residence in Japan” are required to provide the following details in the guest register during check-in:

• Full Name
• Address
• Contact Information
• Nationality
• Passport Number

Additionally, guests must present their passports and provide a copy. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Legal Requirements

According to Japanese law, after confirming your stay, all guests are required to provide the following information:

• Passport (except Japanese guests)

• Occupation

Failure to provide the above information may result in the refusal of your reservation or stay.

Important Reminders

• Japanese guests are not required to present passports but must provide the full name, address, and occupation of all guests.
• Each traveler must complete one form. For example, one traveler completes one form, two travelers complete two forms, and so on.
• Personal information and passport numbers are collected solely for ensuring the safety of all guests and will not be used for any other purposes.
