At Amore Hotel, we ensure a comfortable stay. Please read the booking information before making your reservation to guarantee a pleasant experience every time, enjoying both comfort and convenience.
一、Booking Process
To secure your room, please note: rooms cannot be held without a deposit. Once we receive your booking, we will immediately send check-in details.
01. Search
Enter your check-in date and the number of guests on the website homepage. The system will list available room types based on your requirements.
02. Confirmation
Check for available rooms and verify the room types and prices for your selected dates to ensure they meet your needs.
03. Choose Room Type
Select the room that best fits your needs from the available options. View details, amenities, and pricing for each room type.
04. Payment
Choose your payment method and pay the deposit or full amount to secure your reservation. Rooms cannot be held without payment.
05. Reserve Room
After completing payment, your room will be reserved, and the booking will be confirmed. The system will display a successful reservation notice.
06. Complete Booking
Your booking is successfully completed, and you can review the confirmation page and order details to prepare for your stay.
07. Receive Email
You will receive a booking confirmation email with your reservation details. Please keep the email for reference during your stay.
二、Check-in Process
Amore Hotel operates with self-check-in, no front desk.
01. Three Days Before Check-in
We will send your room number and key code via email. Please check your inbox.
02. Check-in Day - Key Collection
Upon arrival at Amore Hotel, follow the building-specific instructions to retrieve your room key from the key box or the lobby's password lock and enjoy a seamless check-in experience.
03. Check-in Day - Final Payment
If there is a remaining balance, please settle it at the agreed time to ensure a smooth check-in.
04. Check-out Day - Personal Belongings
Before checking out, ensure you have packed all your belongings and left the room tidy.
05. Check-out Day - Key Return
Follow the building-specific instructions to return the key to the key box or lobby password lock and leave the room before the designated check-out time.
三、Stay Regulations
In accordance with Japanese law, all guests must present a passport and provide their name, address, and occupation after confirming their stay.
If you do not provide this information, we may refuse your reservation or cancel your stay. Thank you for your understanding.※ Japanese guests are not required to present a passport but must provide the name, address, and occupation of all guests.

Check-in Method
Self-check-in, retrieve the room key via the key box or lobby password lock according to building rules.
Cleaning Fee
We provide self-check-in and do not offer daily cleaning services during your stay. A one-time cleaning fee applies. Please sort and leave garbage at the entrance.
Related Fees
Guests booking a one-night stay are required to pay the full accommodation fee in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of the deposit if canceled one month before check-in, minus an NT$100 handling fee per room. No refund if canceled within one month of check-in.
Children Policy
Children under 6 years old not requiring a bed are free of charge. Two children under 6 years old will be charged as one adult and provided one set of bedding.

Luggage can be stored from 10:00 on the check-in day or after check-out. Contact customer service a day before check-in for early arrival or late luggage storage needs.
Wi-Fi
Each room offers free, unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi details are available in the room.
Room Type
All rooms are private suites with exclusive facilities, including a kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
Bed Types
Rooms include double beds (140x200 cm) and single beds (100x200 cm).
Air Conditioning / Heating
Air conditioning and heating units are turned off upon arrival. Adjust the settings to your preferred temperature. Depending on room size, it may take 15–30 minutes to reach the desired effect.
Kitchen Facilities
All rooms are equipped with gas or induction stoves for cooking, as well as refrigerators, microwaves, kettles, and basic utensils. Please refer to your room type description for specific facilities.
Shower Facilities
The water heater panel near the bathroom door is set to "on." Adjust the temperature as needed. If turned off, wait 15–20 minutes for hot water to be available.
Amenities Provided
Bedding is provided based on the number of paying guests. Each guest receives one bath towel and two face towels. Towels are not replaced during the stay. Additional amenities cost ¥1,000 per person.
Washing Machine
Each room includes a washing machine. You can wash and dry clothes in the bathroom or on the balcony. For additional bedding or amenities, please contact customer service in advance.
Indoor Slippers
Please refrain from wearing outdoor shoes indoors. Slippers are provided for your use.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted in the hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

We do not have private parking. Nearby coin parking is available. Prepare small change for parking fees.
How to Get There
Our property is conveniently located. Directions will be provided in your booking confirmation email.
Popular Attractions
Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Kuromon Market, and Namba are all within walking distance. "Convenient Living" – There is a convenience store or Tamade Supermarket right below the guesthouse, accessible on foot.
六、Prohibited Activities
Please adhere to the rules. Violations will result in a ¥100,000 fine.
No Smoking
All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Damages caused by smoking will incur additional charges.
Late Check-out Fees
If you exceed the designated check-out time, late check-out is subject to the room availability on the day. An extension fee will be charged as follows: ¥1,000 per hour (including tax) from 10:00 to 14:00, with a maximum fee of ¥4,000 (including tax). Late check-out is not available when the rooms are fully booked.
Please note that if you do not notify us at least one day before your stay, we may not be able to prepare your room. Even if you notify us one day prior, late check-out may still be declined if the rooms are fully booked.
No Hair Dyeing
Hair dyeing is prohibited in the rooms.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
No Parties or Events
Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
Do Not Remove Room Items
Room amenities, such as foot massagers and utensils, must not be removed.
Extra Cleaning Fees for Messy Rooms
Excessively messy rooms will incur additional cleaning fees (¥4,000+). Large trash items will also incur handling fees (¥3,000+).
Damages or Lost Items
Charges apply for any damages or lost items, including additional fees for replacements.
Lost Key Fee
Lost keys will incur a fee of ¥20,000 or more.
Maintenance or Emergencies
For necessary maintenance or emergencies, staff may enter the room using a spare key. We will notify you beforehand whenever possible. Thank you for your understanding.
